Manufacturer Support Officer M/F

This position is based in Indianapolis, Indiana, USA. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application.

Reporting to the Customer Racing Director, you play a key role in client relations and the operational performance of our motorsport activities. In this capacity, your main responsibilities will include:

Business Development

• Promote and sell parts and services related to our motorsport programs to internal and external customers

• Prepare commercial proposals and follow up on quotes, orders, and customer relationships

• Support customers in identifying their needs and advise them on anticipating their orders

• Contribute to the development of sales forecasts

• Source new business opportunities and new suppliers

Logistics and Spare Parts Management

• Contribute to optimizing logistics flows between the United States and the European headquarters

• Coordinate shipments with logistics team

• Ensure proper order management and smooth operations

ERP (IFS) Deployment and Use

• Actively participate in the deployment of the ERP system within the North American structure

• Become a local key user for configuration, testing, training, and team support

• Support users to ensure effective and autonomous adoption of the tool

• Coordinates ERP developments with the parent company in France

With a Master’s degree (business school or mechanical engineering), you ideally have initial experience in the motorsport sector or in a demanding technical environment.

You possess the following skills:

• Strong knowledge of ERP environments

• Good understanding of mechanical aspects

• Proficiency in French is an additional asset
